The MCF Community Class is the foundation of our shared journey—offering a consistent, welcoming online space to practice tools that support mental wellness, emotional balance, presence and inner resilience.

The class is open to all ages and experience levels and provides simple, evidence-based practices you can bring into your daily life. Whether you're navigating stress, building focus, or seeking a deeper connection with yourself and others, this class is here to support you.

As the core offering of The MCF Community, this class is also a space to connect, grow, and ground together—to find peace in these challenging times.
